Level Room is located between the fire station and Papa John's Pizza on 21st and Market streets. It's easy to get to via SEPTA bus, trolley, and subway, as well as any of the regional rail lines into 30th Street Station. There's also plenty of parking garages as well as on-street parking.

Dave Ghoul At Intervention

I'll be performing at this year's Intervention, an Internet culture convention, that takes place September 16th to the 18th at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville. Friday night will be the War at Innsmouth: Battle II and Saturday night will be Dapper in the Dreamlands: A Steampunk Ball. You can visit the Intervention website for further details.

Dave Ghoul and Dorian's Parlor One-Year Features

I'll be DJing Dorian's Parlor for its one-year anniversary event, which takes place on Saturday, July 16th at the Doubletree Hotel in Philly. There's live performances by This Way to the Egress, HVBRIS, and Voltaire, G.D. Falksen's book release party for Blood In The Skies, a fashion show by The House of Carney, tuns of door prizes, and lots of other assorted Steampunk goodness. All good things come to an end, and so too does Dark Entries at the Barbary. Thursday, February 3rd will be the final night of our little journey through the darker side of music. It's been a fun ride for everyone, but it's time to move onto other things.

Dorian's Parlor is a sensuous spectacle of vintage glamour shining in the heart of Philadelphia. Housed at the Doubtletree Hotel on the Avenue of the Arts, this event is a haven for artists, bohemians, socialites and neo-vintage lovers of all stripes and inclinations. The gorgeous event space housing the party features both a grand ballroom and an outdoor patio for a mix of moods and climates.

Each month, Dorian's Parlor will showcase the best in night life and artistic entertainment. In addition to inspired DJs, the Dorian's Parlor events will feature live performances by bands, dancers and countless other talented artists. Be ready to see gorgeous models draped in the finest garments of some of the foremost neo-vintage designers during the fashion shows. And like an exotic bazaar, Dorian's Parlor will host vendors and craftspeople eager to sell their finest wares to the revelrous crowd.

Dave Ghoul Performs At Diabolique Ball (11/20)

I'll be DJing Diabolique Ball XIV, which takes place on Saturday, November 20th at Shampoo Nightclub. You'll find me in the Blue Room, which is next to the main dance floor of the club. For those not familiar with Diabolique Ball, it is a charity benefit with a themed fetish-styled event (this year's theme will be "Quack! Medical Mayhem and Chicanery"). This year's main beneficiaries are; Linda Creed Breast Cancer Foundation, Project SAFE, and Mazzoni Center LGBTQ Youth Drop-In Clinic.

Dark Entries Now Monthly Starting November!

Dark Entries is now a monthly event starting this month (November), and will take place the first Thursday of the month. This is something I've been working on to make happen since the night's first inception as Time Warp. Also, Dj Kiltboy and myself will be opening up our musical arsenal for the night, playing a full spectrum of music genres - Goth, Industrial, EBM, Synthpop, Electro, and much more... pretty much what we both have become well known for!
